Pastor Steve

Dr Shirley Arnold

Senior Pastors

Pastor Steve and Shirley Arnold have been in full-time ministry for 25 years. As an anointed team, they have established The Spirit Life School of Theology, The Secret Place Associated Network of Ministries and The Secret Place Training Facility for training and mentoring leaders. Dr. Shirley Arnold has written five books, recorded 4 music projects and is in demand both nationally and internationally as a speaker at conferences such as Charisma Women's Conference and Judy Jacobs Press, Push and Pursue. She also served as Associate Campus Pastor at Oral Roberts University for four years, an advisory board member for Ministries Today Magazine and is a contributing author to Spirit Led Woman.

Pastor Steve has a true shepherd's heart. Growing up in a dysfunctional family situation gave him a heart for people that are often overlooked. His Godly example and teaching of servant-hood ministry equips the church for Christ-like service. Together, Pastor Steve and Dr. Shirley pioneered and have been pastoring TLC Family Church for the past 7 years, building TLCFC into a thriving, muti-cultural, trans-generational congregation.

Pastor Myron

Pastor Loretta Harmon

Pastor Myron and Pastor Loretta are committed to excellence in every aspect of their lives. Serving as Executive Pastors at TLC Family Church, their primary focus us pastoral oversight of the Music Ministry. Myron’s creative song style has the unique ability to stir the soul to high praise. Loretta’s anointed gift of singing and as a directress of many choirs generates an atmosphere that brings forth God’s Glory. They have also traveled as part of the National Team with Dr. Bobby Jones of the Black Entertainment Network (BET) Bobby Jones Gospel. Believing that music can create breakthrough, they birthed HARMM1 Ministries (Helping All Receive Ministry through Music).

Their marriage is an example of a true partnership. Together they manage a busy lifestyle with children, ministry and career that proves that when God is the center of your life, He brings balance to every other area of your life.

Pastor Hope Parks

Associate Pastors

Stanley and Hope are seasoned veterans having served as pastors for 24 years in upstate New York. They recently moved here to be a part of what God is doing in this city through our church. We are blessed to have this wonderful couple here.

They have 5 beautiful children that live all over the east coast.

Pastor Michael

Pastor Melody Causey

Youth Pastors

Pastor Michael and Pastor Melody have served at TLC Family Church since it began in 1999. They have been in full-time ministry for nearly 13 years. Their four children, Michaela, Caedence, Caleb and Matthew are the apple of their eye. Pastor Michael is an ordained minister and holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology. Pastor Melody has also been ordained and has her Associate degree in Theology.

They currently serve in many areas including as the Youth Pastors and also serve as Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to Pastor Steve and Dr. Shirley Arnold. They are called to be instrumental in seeing this generation change the world.

Pastor Stefanie Brokas

twenty20 (College & Career) Pastor

Pastor Stefanie has been at TLC since 2002 when she relocated to Lakeland after completing her degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She is also a graduate of the R.E.A.P. School of Harvest. Since being at TLC she has served in ministries reaching every generation. In the summer of 2007, she became the pastor of the college and career ministry, twenty20. Her vision for twenty20 is for every young adult to become all that God has made them to be, as individuals, while finding their place in the local body of Christ. She has a passion for anything Spanish, missions, teaching and discipleship.

Pastor Latricia Gibson

Children's Pastor

Pastor Latricia Gibson, along with her family, is a founding member of TLC Family Church. She is a shining example of a young woman full of the power of God and love for His people, especially the little ones. She serves as the Children's Pastor for Kidz Praize, our dynamic children's church and also leads Kingdom Force, a dance and drama group for children ages six through twelve. When not heading up Kidz Praize, she enjoys spending time with her family and anything creative. She is a 2007 graduate of R.E.A.P. School of the Harvest and an elementary music teacher.
